Payments are currently accepted through credit card, PayPal, and Square.

Shipping Information

• Shipments are processed and fulfilled by Ika Hime. Shipping costs may vary depending on locations and current postal rates.

• Small prints, stickers, and bookmarks will be sent as letter mail. Everything else will be shipped as a parcel.

• Letter mail does not come with tracking, parcel mail does.

• I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. If you are concerned that your item may get lost or arrive damaged, I highly recommend purchasing postal insurance. Replacements for missing orders will not be sent if insurance isn't purchased. (Highly recommended if items are being shipped to Mexico, South America, Central America, Italy, and Africa.) Insurance prices may vary.

• "Insured Shipping" will have the price already set for you at checkout after selection.

• VAT - I do not collect VAT fees, therefore EU residents may have to pay fees to customs officials to receive their packages.

• Due to Covid-19 restrictions, some countries are not eligible to receive mail from the US. If you live in one of those countries, your order will be refunded as it is not currently possible to ship it.

• All orders are shipped through USPS.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchange Policy

I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on non-apparel items, unless I must cancel your order or am unable to fulfill your replacement request. I will work with you to find a suitable solution to your issue.

Card/payment chargebacks are unaccepted and evidence will be presented to the payment processing company to fight the claim.

Commission and Custom Work Policy

Personal commissions are for personal use only and are not to be resold or redistributed. Commercial commissions require a contract and payment agreement in advance of beginning work. Commercial commissions may not be resold or redistributed in any manner outside the predetermined parameters of the agreed upon contract.

I reserve the right to use any commission work for promotional purposes, unless under an NDA. If you wish to remain anonymous/not have your commission posted on my social media, you must say so before time of payment.

I reserve the right to use any commissioned fan art for promotional purposes or merchandise for sale, unless contracted otherwise on a commercial commission.

I do not offer refunds on commissions unless I must cancel your order. I reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason. You will be refunded a percentage of your payment based on services already rendered. If work has already begun, you will not receive a 100% refund, and the refund amount is up to my best judgment.

Split payment plans will be subject to an additional $1 USD per transaction.

Standard processing time for a commission is 14 days, but may take up to 6 weeks.

You may repost your commission to your personal social medias or whatever commercial spaces have been previously agreed on. Credit is required.

You may not claim that you produced any of my artwork, or use my art to gain monetary compensation through dishonest means.

Chargebacks are unaccepted and evidence will be presented to the payment company to fight the claim. Should you file a chargeback, you will be blacklisted, lose all rights to the commissioned work, and you will be the subject of a public "BEWARE" post across all of my social media. I will not be held responsible for any of the consequences of your actions.

NONE of my artwork may be use for or fed into any AI programs. You may NOT commission me for a sketch to have an AI complete it. By feeding my art into an AI program to "complete" the commission, you will be subject to a Commercial Fee and Breach of Terms Fee of no less than $1,000. Failure to pay the fee will result in your full loss of rights to the artwork, without refund, and DMCA filings to have the artwork removed. Failure to comply may result in legal action.
