How long does it take to process my order?

Time may vary, but the typical processing time for an order is 5-14 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic shipping usually takes 5-14 days to arrive and international shipping usually takes 14-30 days to arrive. However, I am not responsible for postal delays and cannot guarantee arrival within those specific windows.

Where is my order shipping from?

I run my business out of my home in the United States, and currently all merchandise is shipped from there.

I didn't receive my order!

Please contact me with your order number and I will look into the issue for you and work with you to find a suitable solution.

My order arrived damaged!

Please contact me with your order number and photos of both the item and the packaging, and I will work to send out a replacement for the damaged items. If I'm out of stock, I will discuss other options with you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges. The only items eligible for return/exchange would be certain apparel items, and they must be returned in salable condition. Items would only be refunded or exchanged after I received the package and inspected it for damages. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, so please double check your size before ordering apparel.

Do you offer refunds?

I do not offer refunds unless I must cancel your order, the item is out of stock, or shipping a replacement is otherwise not possible.

Can I have custom merchandise made?

It depends on the merchandise you want. One off pieces are usually a "no" unless it is a print. Otherwise, there would be minimum orders involved with this and you would be responsible for covering commission costs, production costs, item costs, and shipping costs. Contracts are required for commissions or wholesale orders with intent to resell or reproduce commissioned work.

Will you collaborate with my business?

I am open to collaborations, however, I may not always have the time for them. If you are looking for a collaboration, please email me all of the information regarding the collaboration to minimize the amount of questions I will have to ask. I will not collaborate for "exposure" or low percentage royalties, so you can save yourself the effort if that is what you are offering. Contracts will be required for all collaborations, and I reserve the right to leave a collaboration at anytime for any reason, and you will be reimbursed any payment you've made for services not yet rendered.

How long will it take for my commission to be completed?

General processing time for commissions ranges between 1-6 weeks depending on my work list and personal events. Standard delivery is approximately 14 days, but it is not guaranteed.
